Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement of futuristic initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting our 2026 strategy
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology investment decisions
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications or conferences
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
