Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence in emerging tech sectors
- Manage innovation labs and mentor cross-functional tech teams
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with strategic planning methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Strong data analysis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics) preferred
