Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmap for AI, blockchain, and IoT integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and executive teams
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation deployments
- Partner with universities and research institutes for talent scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
