Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) through rigorous research and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovations with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members, driving data-informed decisions
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on 2026+ technology horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech) and their market applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Track record of successfully launching innovative products or services at scale
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical, business, and executive domains
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO-level programs) highly valued
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
