- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future product initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build relationships with industry innovators, research institutions, and venture partners
- Oversee incubation of experimental projects with high potential for 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong data analysis and market research capabilities with executive presentation skills
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
