Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026, focusing on emerging disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Partner with policy teams to navigate evolving tech governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with exposure to emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Proven experience building technology roadmaps with 3+ year implementation cycles
