Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Strong financial acumen with experience in technology valuation and ROI modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
