- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D cycles
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, Web4.0)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols across all product development
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI governance, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation management
