Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technology trends with 2026+ impact across global markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Secure multi-million dollar R&D funding through compelling investor presentations
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with venture capital funding processes
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
