Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-gen solutions with 18-month commercialization roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley labs, academic institutions, and Fortune 500 innovators
- Develop patent portfolios and IP frameworks for emerging technologies with $50M+ market potential
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with ROI projections
- Mentor a team of 8+ engineers and researchers through the innovation lifecycle
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience scaling enterprise-level innovations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding or launching commercialized tech products
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Reviews
- Strong executive presence with experience advising C-suite teams on technology disruption
- PMP or equivalent strategic innovation certification
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization in regulated industries
