This pivotal role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic foresight, and executive leadership to identify disruptive trends, build partnerships, and position our organization as an industry pioneer. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global innovators to translate cutting-edge concepts into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, covering AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps and investment recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads in future-focused methodologies
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and keynote speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds and M&A in tech sectors
- Certified in strategic foresight (e.g., CSPO, CSM, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
