You'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and global partners to ensure our technological roadmap aligns with market evolution and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry innovators
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through technology evangelism and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks and innovation methodologies
