Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating disruptive technologies into core products
- Present technology forecasts and innovation blueprints to C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and global tech leaders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate future-ready talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging tech trends and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising executive teams on technology disruption
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on future technologies
