Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Analyze emerging tech trends through patent research, academic partnerships, and startup scouting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven scenarios
- Manage $2M annual innovation fund for pilot projects and prototype development
- Build and lead a team of 8 futurists and industry analysts
- Publish quarterly tech disruption reports for internal stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional scenario planning and data storytelling abilities
- Experience leading high-impact R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or industry disruption
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
