Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI/ML, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neurointerfaces, carbon-neutral data centers) for competitive advantage
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for future technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders on tech evolution timelines
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives in enterprise environments
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of Web3/4 paradigms, decentralized systems, and blockchain applications
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar peer-reviewed tech publications
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for sustainable tech projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS) or Innovation Management
