Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into core business operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and invest in breakthrough startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical deployment of advanced technologies
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
