Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap with 3-5 year vision aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future technology use cases
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Drive internal culture of technological curiosity and continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
