Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen platforms with $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with global market expansion
- Build and lead a 15-person Future Technologies division with 5 direct reports
- Drive patent development and intellectual property portfolios in emerging fields
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and partnerships
- Oversee ethical technology governance frameworks for responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling innovation teams and delivering transformative products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Strategic MBA or advanced technical degree (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Executive presence with board-level communication and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
