Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Develop and validate prototypes for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into industrial automation
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants through NIH/NSF proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish 2+ papers/year in Nature/Science
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum computing or advanced AI research
- Proven track record of securing government/industry research funding
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Published work in top-tier journals/conferences
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Ability to translate complex concepts into commercial applications
