Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous systems
- Lead 15-person innovation task force across engineering, ethics, and sustainability domains
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption rates and ROI projections
- Partner with Stanford's AI Institute on ethical framework development
- Present quarterly tech disruption briefings to board of directors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Deep expertise in Web3.0 infrastructure and zero-knowledge proofs
- Certified in Ethical AI Governance (CEAG) and Quantum Computing Architecture
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Patent portfolio with ≥3 granted AI/quantum patents
