Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through competitive analysis and market research
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to accelerate prototype development
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or platforms
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
- Prior experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
