Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of next-generation technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across organizational divisions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Present innovation proposals to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of prototype solutions
- Ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with venture partners to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing and launching pioneering technology solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive teams
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional tech initiatives
