Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps for AI, IoT, and quantum computing applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and climate-positive innovation
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Develop patentable solutions for emerging market challenges
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite executives
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven 5-year+ strategic planning success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Track record of launching commercialized future-tech products or services
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation from concept to market
- Experience with agile development for complex tech ecosystems
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., IEEE Future Tech Standards)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
