Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum computing, generative AI, and blockchain ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative innovation
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation standards
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Secure and manage $10M+ innovation budgets for pilot programs and technology trials
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Experience scaling technology operations from prototype to enterprise-level deployment
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certifications in quantum computing, AWS/Azure quantum services, or equivalent
