Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical deployment of advanced automation systems
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite and venture capital stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and prototype engineers
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with global tech institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ in strategic leadership
- Proven track record in deploying emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology or futurism journals
- Experience securing >$10M in R&D funding or grants
