- Manage $50M+ R&D budget and cross-functional teams of 25+ specialists
- Forge industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech conglomerates
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Present future technology visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Oversee patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging technologies
- Mentor next-generation tech leaders through our innovation fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years directing future-focused R&D initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or corporate innovation grants
- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized tech ecosystems
- Certified in emerging technology governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000 series)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish preferred for global collaboration
