Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing principles, blockchain protocols, and neural network optimization
- Proven track record of launching production-grade systems using bleeding-edge tech stacks
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit, Rigetti) or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance for future tech
