- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across 5 global innovation hubs
- Secure patents for at least 3 disruptive technologies annually
- Mentor junior engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 10+ years experience in large-scale distributed systems architecture
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI/ML systems
- Active contributor to IEEE 2026 standards committees
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ patented innovations
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
