- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for global deployment
- Prototype decentralized data ecosystems with zero-knowledge architecture
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies in biotech and nanotech
- Scale solutions across 10M+ user environments with 99.99% uptime SLAs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000
- Experience deploying systems in regulated environments (FDA/DOE compliance)
- Proven track record of patenting at least 3 disruptive technologies
- Mastery of distributed ledger protocols beyond blockchain consensus
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
