Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing 2026-technology roadmaps
- Architect prototypes for human-AI symbiosis systems using quantum computing
- Present quarterly innovation forecasts to C-suite and venture partners
- Secure patents for at least 2 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on joint future-tech initiatives
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in tech development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ patents
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2020-2023)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with DARPA or NASA technology programs preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-future tech concepts
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in at least 2 programming languages beyond English
