Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy specifically tailored to high-volume technical recruitment to increase organic traffic to our careers page.
- Lead the sourcing and engagement strategy for Project 2026, identifying passive candidates in AI, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data using SEO metrics to optimize job postings and improve conversion rates.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to position Nexus Horizon as a top-tier destination for 2026 talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging skills and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
