Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap focused on 2026 milestones and long-term sustainability goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Advanced Robotics, Decentralized Finance) and assess their strategic fit for our ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate predictive AI and machine learning into core product lines and operational workflows.
- Establish high-level partnerships with key industry innovators, research institutions, and thought leaders.
- Provide thought leadership on the ethical implications and societal impact of future technologies, ensuring responsible innovation.
- Mentor engineering and product teams to foster a culture of innovation and long-term technical vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting within the tech sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology roadmaps and managing large-scale innovation projects.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
