- Lead the Innovation Lab to prototype next-gen technologies and solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology vision with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive trends and opportunities.
- Manage a high-performance team of product leads, designers, and engineers.
- Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and scalable architecture across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in Strategic Planning and Roadmapping.
- Strong background in Emerging Technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Web3).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
