Responsibilities
- Lead the '2026 Vision' initiative, identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) with high potential for market disruption.
- Conduct forward-looking research and competitive analysis to forecast technology adoption rates and potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term technology goals with the company's strategic business objectives.
- Oversee the design and implementation of pilot programs for new tech stacks, ensuring rigorous testing and validation.
- Create comprehensive whitepapers, roadmaps, and executive presentations to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor global regulatory changes and ethical standards to ensure compliant and responsible innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key tech partners and industry thought leaders.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or management consulting.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging digital infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or defining strategic tech roadmaps.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable, high-level strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
