Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive disruption vectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market impact
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with vendor partnerships and R&D investments
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/biotech products to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (NIST frameworks, IEEE standards)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Innovation Management (e.g., Prosci)
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
