Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-backed insights
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for R&D initiatives and pilot programs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
