Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline long-term technological goals and deliverables.
- AI & Automation Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging AI tools to automate legacy systems and enhance operational efficiency.
- Sustainable Tech Leadership: Spearhead initiatives to reduce carbon footprints through data center optimization and green coding practices.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends (quantum computing, biotech convergence) and assess their relevance to our market.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for future projects.
- Vendor Relations: Partner with top-tier tech vendors to secure the hardware and software necessary for our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 7+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Consulting.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and prepare organizations for upcoming regulatory and technological changes.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasion and clarity.
