Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Implement quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Create secure quantum communication networks using quantum key distribution
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum AI
- Ensure compliance with NIST quantum security standards and regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
