Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic solutions for market application.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future tech concepts to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align organizational goals.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate market shifts and position Quantum Leap Technologies as a market leader.
- Resource Allocation: Lead budget planning for long-term tech investments and talent acquisition in specialized futuristic fields.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or a senior technical leadership role within the tech industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies with a 3-5 year horizon.
- Technical Fluency: Deep knowledge of current and upcoming technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, etc.) with the ability to understand their long-term implications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting high-level concepts to diverse audiences.
