Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and implement scalable technology roadmaps that align with projected advancements in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing.
- Generative AI Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Large Language Models and AI agents into core business workflows to drive efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Innovation R&D: Conduct research and pilot programs for emerging technologies, acting as an internal consultant for futuristic tech adoption.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term tech strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or AI research, with at least 2 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
