Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a high-performing Future Tech team of 8+ specialists
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading multi-million dollar innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech portfolio management
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in MIT Technology Review, Wired, or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- Certified in AI Strategy (e.g., MIT Professional Certificate) or equivalent
