Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scenarios across 15+ industries using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead strategic innovation workshops for executive teams to integrate future-ready technologies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on post-quantum computing, AGI governance, and sustainable futures
- Design resilience frameworks for organizations facing disruptive market shifts 2024-2026
- Manage cross-functional teams executing future-proofing initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Present findings at global innovation summits including Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan preferred
- Proficiency with AI trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4 analysis, Palantir)
- Certification in systems thinking or complexity economics
- Experience advising Fortune 100 executives on technology disruption
