- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of future-focused projects
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Prior work with climate-tech or ESG-integrated technology solutions
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
