- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track implementation progress
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
