Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and execute multi-year tech strategy aligning with company vision and emerging industry paradigms
- Partner with C-suite to integrate AI, blockchain, and quantum computing into core business operations
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation practices across global teams
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-facing solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing tech adoption and policy

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for disruptive industries
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized networks, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or peer-reviewed research in emerging fields
