- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development
- Monitor emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages and ML frameworks
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
