Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping (e.g., Gartner)
