- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor a team of 15+ innovation specialists and technology architects
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their impact on business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
