Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Conduct market analysis for emerging tech adoption curves across healthcare and manufacturing sectors
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire breakthrough startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products with quantum/neural interfaces
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in climate-tech integration and sustainable tech metrics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
