Responsibilities

- Analyze socio-technical trends to identify market opportunities and disruptive threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Author whitepapers on future technology implications for enterprise adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
